Welcome to the Suprimx Platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”). These Terms of Use and Sales Terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are established by SUPRIMX INFINITE ENTERPRISE (Company Registration No.: 202503206096 (CA0406775-A)) and its affiliates, and apply to all your activities on the Platform, including account registration, browsing content, purchasing items or services, using top-up functions, or participating in any interactive activities provided by the Platform.

By continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and all related Platform policies. If you do not agree with these Terms, please immediately stop using any Platform services.

1. Definitions
1.1 Platform: Refers to the Suprimx website, mobile applications, and all services and functions provided by the Platform.
1.2 Account: The personal or company account registered and used by the user on Suprimx, used for logging in, purchasing items, and using Platform services.
1.3 Buyer/User: Any individual or legal entity who registers, purchases, or uses items or services on the Platform.
1.4 Item: Digital goods, virtual items, gift cards, top-up services, and other tradable or usable services provided by the Platform.
1.5 Services: All functions and support provided by the Platform, including account management, virtual goods sales, top-ups, points management, customer support, and Platform activities.
1.6 Suprimx Credits: Virtual credits provided by the Platform, which can be used to purchase items, participate in activities, or redeem specific services.
1.7 Terms: These Terms of Use and Sales Terms and any related additional policies, notices, or guidelines.
1.8 Legal Age: The minimum age required to enter into a contract and use Platform services according to the laws of the user’s jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration and Security
2.1 Users must provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering an account and ensure that the information is kept up to date.
2.2 Users are responsible for the security of their accounts and passwords and bear full responsibility for all activities under their accounts, including transactions and actions.
2.3 Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, rented, or shared with others.
2.4 If the account is used without authorization or there is a security vulnerability, users should immediately notify the Platform. The Platform has the right to suspend the account if necessary to protect user interests.
2.5 Users must comply with the Platform’s security requirements and must not provide false information or bypass security settings.

3. Identity Verification
3.1 To ensure transaction security and prevent fraud, the Platform may require users to submit identification documents, payment account binding information, or other necessary documents.
3.2 Accounts that have not completed identity verification may be restricted or unable to use purchasing, top-up, or points redemption functions.
3.3 The Platform has the right to request additional identity verification based on risk assessment to ensure the safety of the Platform and other users.

4. Item Purchase and Payment
4.1 After submitting an order on the Platform, the system will generate an order record and send an order confirmation to the user.
4.2 The order confirmation email or Platform notification will include item information, price, payment method, and estimated delivery time.
4.3 Order confirmation constitutes a contract between the user and the Platform.
4.4 If a user notices any errors after submitting an order, they should promptly contact customer support for modification or cancellation. The Platform will handle it according to the specific situation.
4.5 Item prices displayed on the Platform are final, including applicable taxes and fees. The Platform reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, but prices of submitted and confirmed orders will not be affected.
4.6 Payment methods include, but are not limited to, credit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and other payment methods supported by the Platform.

5. Refunds, Returns, and Virtual Items
5.1 Unless there are quality defects or non-delivery as agreed, purchased items or services are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be canceled.
5.2 For virtual items (such as Suprimx Credits, game top-ups, etc.), purchases are irrevocable and non-refundable once confirmed.
5.3 If Platform errors or item defects prevent delivery, the Platform will provide compensation or a refund solution.
5.4 The Platform reserves the right to cancel orders or suspend transactions if abnormal payments, fraud, or user violations of Terms are detected.

6. User Obligations and Conduct
6.1 Users commit to using the Platform legally, complying with local laws, regulations, and policies, and not engaging in illegal or infringing activities.
6.2 Users are prohibited from uploading, publishing, or distributing malicious software, gambling content, obscene or pornographic content, insulting, discriminatory, threatening, or rights-infringing materials.
6.3 Users must not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform or tamper with system data.
6.4 Users must respect intellectual property rights of the Platform and third parties and must not copy, modify, publish, or distribute protected content without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 The Platform and all its content (including but not limited to text, images, trademarks, software, interface designs, and databases) are protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 Users may only use Platform content within legal limits; unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use constitutes infringement.
7.3 The Platform reserves the right to take legal action against infringement, including pursuing civil and criminal liabilities.

8. Service Availability and Disclaimer
8.1 The Platform services are provided “as is” and do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted service at any time.
8.2 The Platform is not responsible for service interruptions, delays, or data loss caused by system maintenance, network issues, or uncontrollable factors.
8.3 Users assume all risks when using Platform services, and the Platform is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the services.

9. Data Collection and Protection
9.1 The Platform collects and uses user personal information only for providing services, improving user experience, preventing fraud, and complying with legal obligations.
9.2 The Platform will implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect user data, including encryption, access control, and monitoring mechanisms.
9.3 Users agree to cooperate with Platform security measures and must not provide false information or attempt to bypass security settings.
9.4 Users may access, modify, or delete their personal information in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy.

10. Service Interruption and Force Majeure
10.1 The Platform is not liable for service interruptions or delays caused by natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, war, government actions, or other uncontrollable events.
10.2 The Platform will make reasonable efforts to restore services and notify users when feasible.
10.3 The Platform is not responsible for breach of contract during force majeure events.

11. Amendments and Termination
11.1 The Platform may update or modify these Terms at any time, and the amended Terms will be published on the Platform or notified via email.
11.2 Continued use of Platform services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
11.3 The Platform may suspend or terminate user accounts and access to services if users violate the Terms, laws, or engage in improper conduct.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
12.2 Any disputes arising between users and the Platform should first be resolved through amicable negotiation.
12.3 If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court with jurisdiction in Malaysia.
12.4 All disputes shall be interpreted according to Malaysian local law and shall not affect the Platform’s final right of interpretation of the Terms.
