About TNG Reload PIN (MY)

TNG Reload PIN (MY) is a prepaid digital voucher used to add Malaysian ringgit value to a Touch ’n Go eWallet account in Malaysia. Each voucher provides a unique 10-digit code for one fixed reload amount.

The code reloads TNG eWallet balance. It does not add value directly to a physical Touch ’n Go card, whose stored balance is managed separately.

What Can You Pay for with TNG eWallet Balance?

Balance added with a TNG Reload PIN can be used for supported eWallet payments, including:

In-store purchases — Pay at participating shops, restaurants and other merchants that accept Touch ’n Go eWallet.
Online shopping — Pay on websites and apps that offer TNG eWallet at checkout.

TNG Reload PIN Denominations

Choose from RM10, RM20, RM30, RM50, RM100, RM150, RM200 and RM500 PINs. The denomination is the PIN’s reload value; the product selector shows the selling price for each option. Choose an amount that fits your available wallet capacity.

Check Your TNG eWallet Reload Limits

Wallet capacity and the monthly Reload PIN limit are separate. Having room in your wallet does not necessarily mean you have unused PIN allowance for the month.

Available wallet space — Open Profile → General → My Wallet Limit in TNG eWallet. Compare your wallet size with your current balance before selecting a PIN amount.
Monthly PIN allowance — TNG applies a separate calendar-month limit to Reload PINs. If you have already redeemed PINs this month, use Profile → General → Chat with Us in TNG eWallet to confirm your remaining monthly Reload PIN allowance before buying another PIN.

How to Buy and Collect Your TNG Reload PIN

Select a PIN — Choose the denomination and quantity you need.
Complete payment — Sign in to SuprimX, review the order and pay using an available checkout method.
Collect the code — Once the order is completed, your PIN will appear in My Cards in the SuprimX account used for the purchase.

How to Redeem a TNG Reload PIN

Open TNG eWallet — Sign in to the account that should receive the balance.
Choose Reload PIN — Tap + Add money → eWallet Balance → Reload PIN.
Enter the code — Enter all 10 digits, including a leading zero if present, then tap Reload Now.
Confirm the balance option — Select transferable or non-transferable balance. Review the displayed fee and credited amount, then tap Continue.
Verify the reload — Confirm the success message and updated eWallet balance.

How do I redeem a TNG Reload PIN in the TNG eWallet app?

How long is a TNG Reload PIN valid, and where can I check its expiry date?

Each code has its own expiry date. SuprimX displays that date beside the PIN in My Cards. Use the date shown for your specific code and redeem it before it expires; do not calculate validity from the order date.

Why is my TNG Reload PIN invalid or already redeemed?

First compare all 10 digits with the code in My Cards, including any leading zero, and check the displayed expiry date. Allow at least one minute between reload attempts. If TNG eWallet reports that the PIN was already redeemed, check the receiving account’s transaction history and balance.

A reload can also fail when the wallet limit or monthly Reload PIN limit has been reached. Multiple failed attempts may temporarily lock PIN reloads. If a newly supplied PIN remains invalid or shows as already used, contact SuprimX with your order number and the exact error message. Can TNG Reload PIN balance be transferred to a bank account?

Non-transferable balance cannot be sent directly to a bank account. When redeeming the PIN, you may select transferable balance and review the 1% convenience fee shown by TNG eWallet. Eligible non-transferable balance may also be converted later with a 1% fee; transfers remain subject to the account and service rules shown in the app.

Is there a fee for reloading TNG eWallet with a PIN?

TNG eWallet does not apply a convenience fee when you choose non-transferable balance. Choosing transferable balance carries a 1% convenience fee. Review the balance type, fee and credited amount displayed in the app before you confirm the reload.

Can a TNG Reload PIN reload a physical Touch ’n Go card?

No. A TNG Reload PIN adds balance to Touch ’n Go eWallet; it does not directly add stored value to a physical Touch ’n Go card. Reloading a supported Enhanced Touch ’n Go card is a separate process performed through the TNG Card section of the app.

Do I need to provide my TNG eWallet phone number or password?

No. This product delivers a digital PIN for you to redeem inside the official TNG eWallet app. SuprimX does not need your TNG eWallet phone number, password or OTP to deliver the code.

How quickly will SuprimX deliver my TNG Reload PIN?

We offer Instant Delivery after payment confirmation. Your digital PIN appears in My Cards when the order is completed. Peak periods, system maintenance or technical issues may cause delays.

Can I return, exchange or get a refund for a TNG Reload PIN?

TNG Reload PINs are non-refundable and non-returnable, and a delivered code cannot be exchanged. If a technical failure affects the order or supplied code, contact SuprimX for investigation under our refund policy. Verified exceptional cases may qualify for a resolution.
