About Free Fire (MY/SG)

Free Fire is Garena’s mobile survival shooter. In Battle Royale, up to 50 players land on an island, gather weapons and supplies, and compete to be the last player or squad standing. Choosing where to land sets up the match, while the shrinking safe zone keeps players moving towards new encounters.

Solo survival and squad play reward different decisions: take a fight, reposition, or help a teammate stay in the game. Weapons, terrain and character abilities give players different ways to approach each encounter.

The game also features 4v4 Clash Squad. In this round-based mode, teams manage their budget, buy weapons and fight the opposing squad. Equipment choices between rounds are part of the strategy, alongside aim and coordination.

What Can You Buy with Free Fire Diamonds?

Diamonds are Free Fire’s premium currency. You can spend them on eligible items and features shown in your game account:

Outfits and bundles — Choose clothing and cosmetic sets listed with a Diamond price.
Weapon skins — Purchase available skins through the store or relevant event. The item details show its appearance and attributes.
Booyah Pass — Unlock a paid pass option and work towards its listed rewards.
Luck Royale draws — Enter Diamond-priced draws for items in the displayed prize pool. Outcomes follow each draw’s rules, rather than guaranteeing a particular item.

Diamond Packs and Membership Options

A Diamond pack credits the quantity selected on your order. It suits a purchase where you need spendable Diamonds in your account. The available packs range from 25 to 11,500 Diamonds.

Weekly Membership and Monthly Membership are membership products with rewards claimed over time through the in-game membership system. A full membership reward total should not be treated as a single immediate Diamond credit. Weekly Lite is also listed as a separate option; its benefits are not interchangeable with Weekly Membership.

Free Fire Top Up for Malaysia and Singapore

This is the Free Fire (MY/SG) product. Top-ups are sent to the numeric Player ID entered on the order. Use the receiving player’s ID rather than a nickname, and select the MY/SG product for the account you intend to recharge.

Where to Find Your Free Fire Player ID

Open the receiving account — Launch Free Fire and tap the avatar at the top left of the lobby.
Copy the numeric ID — Find the Player ID on the profile. This is also commonly called the UID.
Match the profile — Confirm the profile is the player you intend to top up before copying the ID into your order.

How to Top Up Free Fire Diamonds on SuprimX

Frequently Asked Questions

Does a Free Fire top-up require my password?

No. This direct top-up uses your Player ID. You do not need to give SuprimX your game password or linked-account verification codes, and there is no redemption code to enter afterwards.

How long does a Free Fire top-up take?

We offer Instant Delivery after payment confirmation. Your purchase is sent to the Player ID on the order. Peak demand, maintenance or technical issues can delay fulfilment.

What if I enter the wrong Free Fire Player ID?

If you notice an incorrect Player ID, contact SuprimX immediately with your order number and the ID entered. We can investigate the order status, but cannot promise to stop or redirect a top-up already being processed. Buyer-entered account errors do not qualify for a refund or exchange under our refund policy.

Can I recover a missed Free Fire membership reward?

Garena’s membership check-in system allows missed Diamond rewards from within the previous seven days to be reclaimed using Gold. Open the membership check-in screen, select an available missed reward and review the Gold cost before confirming.

Will my Free Fire top-up qualify for an event reward?

Only if the purchase meets that event’s requirements. In the game’s Events section, read the offer’s dates, qualifying Diamond amount and purchase-channel conditions. Some offers count a single top-up; others add together qualifying purchases. Claim the reward as instructed once the requirement is met.

My order is completed. How do I check the Free Fire top-up?

Reopen Free Fire and compare the profile’s Player ID with your order. For Diamonds, view the balance; for a membership, open its membership screen. If the purchased item is still absent, contact SuprimX with the order number, Player ID and a screenshot of the relevant screen.

Are completed Free Fire top-ups refundable?
